Jamie Buechler has been a licensed Colorado attorney since 1999. Ms. Buechler has represented thousands of clients in their financial matters and legal issues. She formed her own law firm, Buechler Law Office, LLC to help people and businesses solve their legal and financial problems.
Jamie wanted to combine her legal and financial knowledge with her passion for civil rights, including the Second Amendment. She also wanted protect her family’s firearm collection and pass it on to her descendants.
After surveying many other firearm trusts, Jamie knew she could provide a better agreement for her clients to help people protect themselves and their firearm collections for the future. Colorado 2A Trust Law was born from this experience and passion.
Jamie created the Colorado 2A Firearm Trust to remedy the deficiencies of typical trusts as well as protect trust assets from litigation.
Jamie’s legal matters include everything from financial workouts, to bankruptcy, reorganization and creditor’s rights, to traditional bankruptcy services and insolvency strategy development. She also specializes in financial insolvency litigation.
Over the years, Jamie litigated many cases representing creditors attempting to pierce Colorado trusts as well as defending persons whose assets were protected by their Colorado trusts. Jamie was able to protect her clients assets in many trusts which were well drafted. She was also able to bust open other, poorly drafted trusts. Jamie’s legal and financial knowledge led her to create Colorado 2A Trust Law, LLC, a division of Buechler Law Office, LLC.
