Overview of your Colorado 2A Firearm Trust

All Colorado 2A Trusts are personally prepared and reviewed by a Colorado licensed attorney.
You will receive a complete package of documents to use whether you own one firearm or multiple firearms, including NFA firearms. We also include current ATF Forms and additional information on firearm laws and safety.
You will receive an embossed binder to hold all of your Colorado 2A Trust documents, and the ability to add to it over time.
When your Colorado 2A Trust submits an ATF Form 1 or Form 4, the ATF/SOT dealer only needs the Colorado 2A Trust Agreement and your initial trust contribution, not additional assignment sheets.
You will be able to make changes to your Colorado 2A Trust with the paperwork provided. We of course recommend you return and consult us before making such changes.
Your Beneficiaries will receive the full benefits of your Colorado 2A Trust
You will be able to add or remove co-trustees throughout your life as your situation may change. This includes adding your children as trustees once they become of proper age to purchase and possess firearms.
Your Colorado 2A Trust may be used with all ATF Form submissions.
Following your death, your Colorado 2A Trust will be able to transfer the firearms to your Beneficiaries tax free using ATF Form 5.
Your Colorado 2A Trust can be used for non-NFA item collections as well.
There is no limit on the amount of NFA Firearms that can be transferred into your Colorado 2A Trust unlike “single shot” trusts offered by others.
